Coordinated with the Division Head to design and align backend syllabus for 8 weeks. Collaborated with 10 mentors in preparing teaching modules and practice exercises for mentees. Conducted regular evaluations based on mentee feedback to improve the learning process.

Led and coordinated a cross-functional event committee to execute Brainboost 2025, driving successful engagement for 134 participants. This event theme is "Collaborate, Innovate, and Compete" with meaning "Growing Innovation and Competition Readiness through Socialization and Deepening of National Competition Material for Gemastik & KMIPN for IT Students of Politeknik Negeri Malang"
